About Myself
I have been working at OWOX since 2007. I began my career as a technical designer and soon became an HTML coder. I succeeded at combining these two professions: designing websites and immediately coding these pages in HTML/CSS in Smarty-templates, thus making life easier for programmers.
Therefore, in the first five years, I have been working on more than 40 projects in a very friendly team of managers and programmers. Over time, we expanded the staff of coders in the company, so I became the team leader and mentor for all the new guys in the team (many of them still work in our company).
In 2012, I decided to retire from the duties of an HTML-coder and try myself as a usability specialist. For some of our clients, I conducted a usability audit of sites, developed prototypes in Axure, created a design of web pages in Photoshop, performed custom usability testing of new functionality. I even supervised a client master class about usability for employees of one Ukrainian bank.
But gradually, my main project since 2013 had become the online store ROZETKA. Working in a large and cozy team, I redesigned an iOS app in 2013, participated in the global website design update in 2014 (as a UX/UI designer, and HTML/CSS coder), and created a new mobile version of the site in 2015. One of the best achievements was a significant increase in conversion rate on the site after the release of the product page redesign in 2018 🕺💃🎉🎉🎉
After that, I moved to the OWOX BI project team — a service for internet marketers and analysts. Here I create a design system and take an active part in the development of new functionality as a product designer.
